Danielle Johnson
Danielle Johnson is a litigation paralegal with more than 10 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation, probate, and family law. Before entering the legal field, she served in and retired from the United States Marine Corps. Following her military service, Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and later received her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California.
During law school, Danielle’s studies included litigation writing and practice, intellectual property, human trafficking, civil and criminal sexual misconduct, mediation and arbitration, and immigration law. She also worked with Trinity Law School’s immigration clinic and was a Certified Law Student through the State Bar of California’s Practical Training of Law Students (PTLS) Program, which allowed her to gain hands-on legal experience under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Through that work, she developed practical experience in family law matters, including client representation, motion practice, court appearances, hearings, trial preparation, and contested proceedings, providing her with meaningful exposure to litigation strategy and courtroom procedure while completing her legal education.
Having lived throughout the United States and traveled internationally, Danielle has developed a strong appreciation for cultural diversity and enjoys learning about different cultures through their food, music, history, and traditions. Outside of work, she is the mother of three children, including one child with autism spectrum disorder, and is passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and promoting greater understanding and inclusion.
